We want to nurture both children’s and adults sense of place and belonging by connecting and engaging residents by encouraging them to expand their learning and knowledge right in their own community and library. When you complete an assessment or any tool through, hitting submit will send a copy of what you’ve written to your email.

At the end of the form you are asked what you would like us, the Rural Library Service & Social Wellbeing project research team, to do with your submission. If you select Delete and Scrub, no one reads what you wrote and I delete it from our submission database. We don’t share your information with anyone else and we only use it for this work.
